The software component, supported by the EcoSGE and EcoDPI platforms, is designed to collect statistics that measure the subscriber’s quality of perception (Quality of Experience), various metrics are being developed for further analysis of user experience and flexible quality management of services delivered.

Have you ever thought about how a subscriber who is connected to your network and uses the services of a company feels? Have you wondered about his feelings about using? QoE (Quality of Experience) is a software component designed to collect and analyze statistical data, which assess the quality of the services provided from the point of view of the subscriber, his perception from the use of certain services of a telecom operator.

The main reason for the outflow of subscribers is dissatisfaction with the quality of services. The very perception of quality often depends on factors beyond the control of the operator – the Wi-Fi frequency range is clogged, the old CPE device, malware is installed on the computer, which slows down its operation, etc. QoE allows the carrier to “look through” subscriber NAT and diagnose problems of this kind in this network segment. Identify potentially dissatisfied subscribers, you can quickly take measures to retain them. As a rule, work aimed at maintaining the existing subscriber base requires less cost and gives a greater economic effect than attracting new customers.

Advantages and basic features

  • Identify communication quality problems for CPE (Customer Premises Equipment), including subscriber equipment;

  • For each user, prioritize traffic and limit certain L7-based protocols;
  • Easy OSS / BSS integration.

EcoQoE includes clickstream analytics that answers questions: where, where and what subscribers are looking for.

Clickstream shows the interests of the subscriber; it can be effectively monetized within the provider’s circuit.

It is necessary to monitor the safety of users’ personal data, the transfer of personalized clickstream to third parties is prohibited by law!

QoE functionality can be combined in one device with other useful DPI functions.
